Senior DevOps Engineer
Own infrastructure, CI/CD, and platform reliability for a FinTech company processing sensitive financial data. You'll architect multi-cloud deployments, automate everything, and ensure our systems scale securely.

Requirements
- 5+ years DevOps/SRE experience with production Kubernetes
- Strong expertise in Azure and/or GCP
- Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Ansible
- CI/CD pipelines, GitOps, automated deployments
- Load balancing, auto-scaling, high availability
- Monitoring, alerting, incident response
- Security best practices, secrets management, compliance
- English C1, German B2+
Nice to have
- FinTech or regulated industry experience
- SOC 2, ISO 27001 compliance implementation
- Service mesh (Istio, Linkerd)
- Cost optimization, FinOps
Compensation & Benefits
- 💰 Salary: 90,000 – 140,000 CHF/year
