Senior Backend Engineer
Design and build the core services powering our debt recovery and factoring platform. You'll work with real-time financial data, payment integrations, and high-throughput event systems.

Requirements
- 5+ years backend development with Node.js/TypeScript
- Production experience with NestJS or similar frameworks
- Strong SQL skills, PostgreSQL optimization
- Experience with GCP or Azure cloud services
- Real-time systems: WebSockets, event-driven architecture
- API design, microservices patterns
- English C1, German B2+
Nice to have
- AI prompting, LangChain, LlamaIndex
- Hugging Face, RAG pipelines
- Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector)
- FinTech, payment systems, Stripe Connect
- SOC 2 / ISO 27001 compliance experience
Compensation & Benefits
- 💰 Salary: 90,000 – 140,000 CHF/year
